Hints On Clone Golf Club
On the back swing you have a little natural weight shift. Consequently, you have a little natural head move. This is perfectly O.K. This is the same move that you would make if you were to throw a rock into a lake. You would never think of anything other than the rock and the lake, but your weight and head would shift automatically. If you throw it 2 feet, you don't have any movement. But if you throw it 200 feet, there will be a more noticeable move.

Set up your shots correctly
You won't get very far in a car without knowing how to use its controls. And it's exactly the same for golf. It's really no more complicated than feeling comfortable and balanced over the ball. The first place to start is making sure you aim correctly. As a general rule, you should keep club face square to the target. The exception to this is when you are deliberately trying to hook or slice the ball. It should be square to your body - wherever you are in your backswing. Try stopping your club at a variety of positions in your swing. The most important thing to remember is that the club head should be square to your body at all times.

The grip most certainly will influence the clubhead, but any type of grip that will keep the wrists from opening or closing the blade is a good grip regardless of how the hands grip the club. Whatever grip is chosen the thumbs should be on top. The thumbs are the feelers and being on top one can feel if the blade is square. Any stroke that holes the ball consistently is a good putting stroke. Regardless of the style of the stroke the putter head should never be taken to the outside of the target line on the backswing.

Full Golf Swing - How To Generate More Power In Your Swing
By: Dean Caporella
Achieving a full golf swing as a senior player becomes more and more difficult the older one gets. Naturally, distance will wane over time but accuracy shouldn't and hitting the ball straight shouldn't be an issue if you've been playing the game for any length of time.
However, many senior players cite shortening distance as their main issue and dream of the times they used to be able to belt the ball over considerable ground.
This article is not going to turn you into the world's longest hitter but will help you maintain a full golf swing and help you maximize the greatest amount of power into your shot.
Winding Up For A Big Golf Swing
Achieving greater distance has a lot to do with the fullness of the golf swing. Many players will check their swings too early before coming down on the ball. They do this by fighting the bend of the elbow. If you're a right-hander that bend is in the right arm and vice-versa for a left-hander.
By preventing the elbow from bending naturally as you draw back on your shot is preventing you from taking a full wind-up and hence, by the time the club has made impact with the ball, the power generated won't be as great as it would have been if the elbow bend wasn't resisted.
The secret is to make sure your arms are flexible during the pre-swing period and to let the elbow bend naturally.
Overcoming Inflexibility
For older players, it's not so much resisting the elbow bend which affects their ability to get distance but it's more a matter of waning flexibility and diminishing power.
The older one gets the more the tendency is to hunch over. This only serves to restrict your turning ability thus affecting your power. Instead, practice standing straighter. Bending the knees ever so slightly, make sure your back is straight and you are bending forward until your club is in the contact position with the ball.
Practice this until you are comfortable with it and then take it to the practice range. The idea with this technique is to allow those older players who don't quite possess the flexibility anymore, to be able to take a full golf swing at the ball without compromising their accuracy. The club will swing in a more vertical motion because of the straighter stance.
Yes, it may feel awkward at first but remember, it's really only a minor adjustment in terms of the way you stand over the ball and shouldn't present any problems in it's correct execution.

Tips About Indoor Putting Green
The follow-through is the result of the prior body movements. After impact it's just a matter of releasing all tension and letting centrifugal force finish your swing. Centrifugal force will keep the clubface travel and clubface angle in the proper position. After the ball leaves the clubface there is nothing you can do that will affect the flight of the ball.

Wood Game Tip
Many people complain about not being able to hit the ball well with their woods (or metals), and in particular their driver. From what I've seen poor quality contact is a major problem for many of these players. Put a tee in the ground (without a ball) sticking up approximately 1 to 1.5 inches. You should be able to strike the tee consistently without hitting, or even brushing, the ground at all. If you miss the tee, or touch the ground in any way, don't wonder any longer why you can't hit your driver. Remember -- the longer the club, the more precision required. Practice this exercise until you can consistently clip the tee without touching the ground (or even the grass). Once you get quality contact handled the feedback you get from your shots becomes meaningful. Then you can work on directional control.

This was it. This was the moment when Tiger Woods would finally confirm himself as a human being, at last prove himself to be one of us, with our vulnerabilities, our insecurities, our propensity to take premature consolation from what we had already decided was certain failure. It was 5.52pm, West Coast time, and the aura of Woods was just about to go down with that San Diego sun.

Essential Golfing Tips For Your Next Trip To The Links
By: http://www.birdgolf.com/
Golf experts do agree on something. It is not possible to play a good stroke if your balance is not maintained throughout the swing. Keeping your balance sounds pretty simple. But it is nigh impossible when you have a death grip on the club, your arms and shoulders are stiff and you are trying to hit the ball with every ounce of strength can muster. Unfortunately, many people learn the wrong stance at the beginning and find it difficult to learn the correct one later, which is why golf academy instruction really is so essential.
Beginners are often warned to not try to hit the ball so hard. A little energy well directed and smoothly applied will drive the ball father than a monstrous effort that ends up not connecting the ball at the center of the club. If you are balanced, you have more freedom when hitting the ball.
You want to keep your head in one spot, your eyes on the ball clearly. Actually the steadier you keep your head in one spot, the better you see the ball. This is all part of creating your foundation of balance. Anything that tips you off balance makes it impossible to see the ball clearly. You must keep your head still and not move it from the spot in which you start. Your golf academy instructor can help you master this technique.
Practice in front of a mirror and you will see that your muscles really do need to be relaxed in order for you to keep your head still during a swing. No two people have the same frame or physique. So you have to work out some things for yourself. But always start with the foundation of keeping your head in one position. If your head is still, you can see the ball clearly and you will turn your hands at the right instant.
Just by keeping your head perfectly still you will correct a lot of faults. You can not grip your club incorrectly without at some point disturbing your balance and moving your head.
And you can not keep your balance unless you follow through correctly.
If your mind is concentrated on keeping your balance and keeping your head still, you will not over swing or jerk your club away. You will not put forth too much effort forth at any one point. You will not be stiff and you will have a smooth, even rhythm to your swing and a nice finish.
Balance really is the cure-all for many faults of golf. It takes time before you see improvement, so be patient. Think about keeping your head still and maintaining your balance at all times and you will have a foundation for an excellent golf game and be able to benefit even more from your first golf academy experience.

Take it easy! Many golfers hibernate for two or three months during the winter. Due to inactivity their muscles and tendons used in the golf swing lose much their tone and elasticity, so once you finally get to play make sure you stretch and loosen up before you tee off. Golfers with a history of back problems should be particularly cautious, otherwise they may ruin the new season before it even begins.

The trajectory of a golf ball and the distance it travels depends on its initial trajectory, speed and spin, as well as what it's moving through (air). The air is not always the same. It varies in temperature, pressure, humidity and density. If there were no air whatsoever, the golf ball would not travel far. Likewise, if a ball is hit in air with no spin, it will not travel far.

Narrow Your Focus
Consistently making short putts is as much a mental challenge as it is a physical one. To help maintain concentration, find a blade of grass directly in front of the middle of the hole as you prepare to strike the putt. Don't look at the hole itself or the back of it, but simply try to roll the ball over the spot on the front of the hole. Using the front of the hole makes the target closer and makes your focus that much more specific.
